స్థానిక గురుకుల పాఠశాలకు పంపాలంటేనే ఒకంత ఆందోళన చెందే విధంగా వ్యవహరిస్తూ విద్యార్థి కర్ణభేరి పలిగేలా కొట్టాడు జడ్చర్లలోని స్వామి నారాయణ గురుకుల పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయుడు. విద్యార్థి అల్లరి చేస్తున్నాడని ఆగ్రహించిన ఉపాధ్యాయుడు చెవిపై కొట్టడంతో కర్ణబెరి పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతింది. దీంతో ఆగ్రహించిన విద్యార్థి తల్లిదండ్రులు, విద్యార్థి సంఘాలు పాఠశాల వద్ద ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. దీంతో పరిస్థితి ఉద్రిక్తతకు దారితీయడంతో ఆందోళనకరంగా మారింది. మహబూబ్నగర్ జిల్లా జడ్చర్ల లో శ్రీ స్వామినారాయణ ఇంటర్నేషనల్ గురుకుల పాఠశాలలో హాస్టల్లో ఉంటూ ఎనిమిదవ తరగతి చదువుతున్న హైదరాబాద్ కి చెందిన సిద్ధార్థ అనే విద్యార్థిని అల్లరి చేస్తున్నాడని శుక్రవారం రోజు క్లాస్ టీచర్ నాగరాజు చెవిపై కొట్టడంతో ఫోన్లో విద్యార్థి తన తల్లిదండ్రులకు తెలపడంతో పాఠశాల వద్దకు వచ్చి విద్యార్థిని ఇంటికి వెళ్లిన అనంతరం విద్యార్థికి బాగా చెవి నొప్పి రావడంతో ఆసుపత్రికి తీసుకెళ్లారు తల్లిదండ్రులు.
దీంతో విద్యార్థిని గమనించిన వైద్యులు చెవి కర్ణభేరి పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతిందని వినికిడి ని కూడా కోల్పోయాడని తెలపడంతో ఆగ్రహించిన విద్యార్థి తల్లిదండ్రులు పాఠశాల వద్దకు చేరుకొని ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. తమ కుమారుడి చెవిపై కొట్టడంతో వినికిడిని పూర్తిగా కోల్పోయాడని పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యమే తమ కుమారుడికి న్యాయం చేయాలని ఆందోళనకు దిగారు. ఇదిలా ఉండగా పాఠశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్ రమేష్ రెడ్డి విద్యార్థి పై చేయి చేసుకున్నందుకు తనని సస్పెండ్ చేశామని మాట దాట వేశాడు. కానీ అంతలోపే ఉపాధ్యాయుడు నాగరాజును పాఠశాలలోనే ఓ గదిలో దాచి ఉంచడంతో బాధిత విద్యార్థి కుటుంబంకులు దాడికి దిగారు. దీంతో పాఠశాలలో ఒక్కసారిగా ఆందోళనకర వాతావరణం నెలకొంది. విషయం తెలుసుకున్న ఏబీవీపీ, ఎస్ఎఫ్ఐ నాయకులు పాఠశాల వద్దకు చేరుకొని ఆందోళన చేపట్టారు. మరోవైపు ఘటన స్థలానికి చేరుకున్న పోలీసులు ఆందోళన విరమింపే ప్రయత్నం చేశారు. కాగా పాఠశాలలో ఉపాధ్యాయుడు నాగరాజు నిత్యం విద్యార్థుల పై చేయి చేసుకుంటాడని నిత్యం తమను భయాందోళనకు గురి చేస్తున్నాడని తోటి విద్యార్థులు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. మరోవైపు తమ కొడుకు పై ఉపాధ్యాయుడు నాగరాజు అకారణంగా చేయి చేసుకోవడంతో తమ కొడుకు పూర్తిగా వినికిడిని కోల్పోయాడని పాఠశాల యాజమాన్యమే తమకు న్యాయం చేయాలని విద్యార్థి తల్లిదండ్రులు, బంధువులు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. *తన తప్పేం లేదు బాధ్యత విద్యార్థి* విద్యార్థి మాట్లాడుతూ తాను నోట్బుక్ మిస్ అయిందని క్లాస్ రూమ్ లోనే వెళ్లి వెతుకుతుండగా అప్పుడే వచ్చిన ఇంగ్లీష్ టీచర్ నాగరాజు తేనకాలపై ఏం చేస్తున్నావని ఎన్ కి పోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఏముందని అడిగి తన సమాధానం చెప్పేలోపే తన చెవులపై ఐదు, ఆరు సార్లు కొట్టాడని దీంతో తన చావు నొప్పి పట్టిందని ఇదే విషయాన్ని తాను సాయంత్రం తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఫోన్ చేసి చెప్పానని తాను క్లాస్ రూమ్ లో ఎలాంటి తప్పు చేయలేదని అకారణంగా తనను కొట్టాడని బాధిత విద్యార్థి సిద్ధార్థ ఏడుస్తూ తెలిపాడు. *మరో విద్యార్థి పై కూడా* జగిత్యాల జిల్లాకు చెందిన నిశాంత్ అనే 9వ తరగతి విద్యార్థి గత రెండు నెలల క్రితం స్టడీ అవర్ లో పండుకున్నాడు అనే నేపంతో పాఠశాల వార్డెన్ విద్యార్థి చెవులపై కొట్టడంతో అతనిది కూడా కర్ణభేరి పగిలిందని దీంతో విద్యార్థుల తండ్రులు అప్పట్లో పాఠశాల వద్దకు వచ్చి ఆందోళన చేస్తుండగా వారిని వారించి వారి విద్యార్థి సంవత్సరపు ఫీజు రిటర్న్ చేస్తామని మాట ఇచ్చారని ఇప్పటికి కూడా ఆ ఫీజు రిటర్న్ ఇవ్వకపోగా ఆ విద్యార్థి కర్ణభేరి సమస్యతో బాధపడుతున్నట్లు బాధిత విద్యార్థి మీడియా ముందు తెలిపాడు, ఈ సందర్భంగా స్థానిక న్యాయవాది పెద్దింటి రవీంద్రనాథ్ జాతీయ మానవ హక్కుల సంఘాన్ని మరియు జాతీయ బాలల హక్కుల సంఘాన్నికి బాధిత విద్యార్థి పట్ల న్యాయం చేయాలని కోరినట్లు తెలిపారు.

Teacher Assaults Student at Gurukul School in Jadcherla – Student Loses Hearing in One Ear
Sending children to a Gurukul school itself has become a matter of concern for many parents, following a shocking incident at Swami Narayana Gurukul School in Jadcherla. A teacher at the school allegedly slapped a student so hard that his eardrum was ruptured.
According to reports, the teacher, identified as Nagaraju, became angry with an Eighth-grade student named Siddharth, a resident of Hyderabad staying in the school hostel, for being mischievous in class. On Friday, the teacher allegedly slapped the boy on his ear. Siddharth later informed his parents about the incident over the phone. His parents immediately came to the school, took him home, and later rushed him to a hospital after he complained of severe ear pain.
Doctors who examined Siddharth confirmed that his eardrum was completely damaged and that he had lost hearing in the affected ear. Enraged by this, the student’s parents and student organizations staged a protest in front of the school, demanding justice for the boy. The situation soon turned tense and chaotic.
School principal Ramesh Reddy stated that the teacher Nagaraju had been suspended for physically assaulting the student. However, reports suggest that the school management had hidden the teacher inside a room on the premises, which further provoked the student's family, leading to more unrest.
Police later reached the scene and tried to bring the situation under control. Leaders from ABVP and SFI student unions also arrived and joined the protest.
Several students alleged that teacher Nagaraju frequently beats and intimidates students, causing fear and distress among them.
Meanwhile, the victim's parents expressed their anguish, saying that their son lost his hearing because of the teacher's assault and demanded that the school management take full responsibility and deliver justice.
“I did nothing wrong,” said Siddharth, the injured student, tearfully. He explained, “I had gone to the classroom to look for my missing notebook when our English teacher Nagaraju entered and angrily asked why I was there. Before I could explain, he slapped me on my ears five or six times. I felt severe pain and informed my parents later that evening. I didn't do anything wrong; he hit me for no reason.”
This is not the first such incident at the school. About two months ago, another student named Nishanth, from Jagtial district and studying in the ninth grade, was also assaulted. The warden allegedly slapped Nishanth on his ears during study hours for sleeping, which resulted in a ruptured eardrum. At that time, the boy's parents had also staged a protest, and the school management had promised to refund the annual fees as compensation. However, the family has reportedly not received the refund, and Nishanth continues to suffer from ear problems.
